Raymour & Flanigan review: read the sale label first

Raymour & Flanigan is a furniture shop, and this review is about the sale page, not the whole catalog. The percent on the tile is not the number that matters. The fine print under the credit offer is. See the Raymour & Flanigan sale after you read which offers skip sale prices.

About Raymour & Flanigan

Raymour & Flanigan sells furniture for living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, offices, and outdoors, plus mattresses. The page I opened is the sale page, with a countdown on an anniversary sale. I am not going to turn that countdown into a calendar date. It moves.

A separate gift-card line on the same page is dated. A $300 shop card or a $200 Mastercard reward card with a Tempur-Pedic or Purple mattress is listed as valid from September 29, 2026 through December 7, 2026. That date range is not the anniversary countdown.

Overview

This is for someone who already knows the sofa size and wants a marked-down floor sample or a named set. It is a poor first stop if you need the credit math explained in one line. The credit block is longer than the sale tiles.

Highlights

  • Closeout tile: save up to 50% off furniture.
  • Sectionals, sofas, recliners, living room sets, dining sets, and bedroom sets: up to 30% off.
  • TV consoles, office sets, coffee tables, stools, kids beds, and desks: up to 25% off.
  • Price-cap labels include sofas under $1,000, queen beds under $600, bedroom sets under $1,800, dining sets under $900, and office desks under $500.
  • The recliner tile says under $500. The link path says under $1,000. Check the cart.
  • A 72-month bedding credit offer is in-store only and not combinable with sale pricing.

Closeout furniture

The closeout tile is the steepest number on the page: up to 50% off. That is a ceiling, not a promise on the piece you want. Floor samples and last colors go first.

The pro is the size of the cut if your size is still there. The con is that “up to” hides the ordinary discount, which the other tiles put at 25% or 30%.

Bedroom and the 72-month offer

Bedroom sets are listed up to 30% off, with a separate label for sets under $1,800 and queen beds under $600. The credit block is a different deal. No interest for 72 months is tied to a bedding purchase of $1,049, in-store only, and it is not combinable with sale pricing.

The pro is a long payoff if you pay the plan off and you are standing in a store. The con is the rate if you do not. New accounts are listed at a 34.99% purchase APR as of May 2026, with a penalty APR up to 39.99%. Minimum payments are not guaranteed to clear a deferred-interest plan in time.

What buyers say

I did not open a review page this turn, so I am not going to invent a star rating or a complaint. The page itself is the evidence. The sale tiles are short. The credit footnotes are not.

Is Raymour & Flanigan worth it

Worth it if you want a marked-down sofa or a closeout piece and you can check the cart before you trust the tile. Skip the 72-month bedding plan if you are buying online, or if the item is already on sale. Those two limits are printed on the page.

The closing reason is the recliner tile. The label and the link path do not name the same cap. A shop that disagrees with itself on a badge will disagree with you at checkout.

Price and promotions

There is no single Raymour & Flanigan price. The caps I saw on the sale page are sofas under $1,000, queen beds under $600, bedroom sets under $1,800, dining sets under $900, and office desks under $500. Closeout says up to 50% off. Those numbers move.

The credit account is issued by Comenity Capital Bank. A $2.99 monthly paper-statement fee can apply unless you go paperless. A $3 minimum interest charge applies in a billing period when interest is due. Credit approval is required.

Where to buy

The sale page is an online door into the shop. The 72-month bedding offer says in-store only. If that plan is the reason you are buying, do not assume the website checkout will honor it.

FAQs

Is every sofa 30% off? No. The tile says up to 30% off. Closeout is the tile that says up to 50%.

Can I use the 72-month offer on a sale mattress online? The page says no. It is in-store, on a bedding purchase of $1,049, and not combinable with sale pricing.

What happens if I only pay the minimum? On the deferred-interest plan, interest can be charged from the purchase date if the promo balance is not paid in full in time. Minimum payments are not guaranteed to do that.

Is the anniversary sale end date printed? I saw a countdown, not a fixed end date, on the sale hero. The Tempur-Pedic and Purple gift-card line does have dates: September 29, 2026 through December 7, 2026.

The Puffy Serenity base was $1,399 on the tracking page. The $1,049 figure nearby was a mattress, not the base.
