Puffy sells mattresses and bases, and this review is about the Serenity adjustable base, because that is the page the link opens. The base I could price was $1,399, not the $1,049 figure sitting near a mattress upsell. See the Puffy Serenity base and read the size before you add it.
About Puffy
The product page is for the Puffy Serenity adjustable base. It lists OrthoGravity positioning and a DualPulse massage with three speeds. Sizes on the page were Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and Split King. The phone on the merchant page was +1 (800) 430-8380. A second number, +1 (833) 514-0488, showed on the tracking page.
Overview
This base is for someone who already has a mattress, or who will buy one in the same order. The page offered an extra $200 off when the base is purchased with a mattress. It is a bad fit if you wanted a mattress review and landed here by the menu link. This URL is the base.
Highlights
- Listed price on the tracking page: $1,399, against a stated total value of $1,699. Save $300. No code.
- Extra $200 off with a mattress, on that same page.
- 365-night trial, free shipping, free returns, and a lifetime warranty, as printed on the product page.
- Ships in 1 to 2 days, according to that page.
- 4.8 from 722 sleepers, which is the site’s own count, not an outside study.
- A nearby mattress upsell showed $1,049. That number is not the base.
Puffy product review
Serenity adjustable base
The base raises, and it has a three-speed massage. The pro is a printed trial: 365 nights, with free returns, so you are not stuck if the massage is a gimmick in your room. The lifetime warranty is also printed on the page. Read what it excludes before you treat “lifetime” as every part.
The con is the price clutter. One extract of the merchant URL showed $1,049 next to a 10-inch classic profile, which matches the Cloud mattress upsell, not this base. The base price I could tie to the Serenity page was $1,399.
Mattress add-on
The tracking page pushed mattresses under the base, including a Cloud mattress at $1,049, marked down from $2,399, with a 10-inch profile. A Lux, a Royal, a Monarch, and a Legacy were listed at higher prices. Those are different products.
The pro is the extra $200 if you actually want both. The con is buying a mattress you did not plan on because the base page made the bundle look cheaper. This article’s link is still the base.
What buyers say
The page says 4.8 based on 722 sleepers. I did not open individual reviews this turn, so I will not invent a complaint or a praise line. A site score is not the same as a review I read.
Is Puffy worth it
Worth it if you want an adjustable base, you have checked the size, and $1,399 is the number in your cart. Skip it if you came for a mattress and the $1,049 figure is what you remember. That figure belonged to a different product on the page.
The closing reason is the trial. Three hundred and sixty-five nights is long enough to learn whether you use the massage. A base with a 30-day window would be a harder yes.
Price and promotions
The Serenity base was $1,399 on the tracking page, with $300 off a stated $1,699 value, and another $200 if you add a mattress. No code was required for the $300. The page also showed payments starting at $88 a month, or 0% APR with Affirm. I did not open the Affirm terms, so I will not invent a term length. Prices move.
Where to buy
This is an online order. The page said free delivery, ships in 1 to 2 days, and offered full-service in-home setup. Call +1 (800) 430-8380 or +1 (833) 514-0488 if the cart price does not match $1,399.
FAQs
Is the base $1,049? Not on the page I used. $1,049 was the Cloud mattress upsell. The base was $1,399.
Can I return it? The product page says a 365-night trial and free returns. Read the exclusions before you assemble it and assume every part qualifies.
Do I need a Puffy mattress? No. The extra $200 is only if you buy one with the base. Any mattress you already own is a separate question the page did not answer for fit.
What sizes are listed? Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and Split King.
